I just wanted to let you know that I was very pleased with how our move went last week. Ed, Tony, and Brandon are all such nice guys. They were funny yet professional and really took care to make sure our stuff was well taken care of. We had never used movers before and have heard so many negative stories from people who used movers of stuff getting damaged, but with your crew everything arrived just as it was at our old house.

The guys were so nice that they even left me a new ladder! I’ll drop it off later this morning when I come in to pay the bill.

The movers came and packed things so well and they were very quick especially that I was on a time frame. My move was sad to be leaving Whitehorse but the movers were all positive and all had good stories about Ontario that it made me excited to go again. They took care of all my possessions as if they were their own. They were willing to make all kinds of accommodations for my things. The move went well without a thing broken. Whatever you're doing for hiring, onboarding, and retention, keep doing it. From their thoroughness, to their disposition, to attention to detail, to the respect they showed to me and to the house, there isn't anything I'd have had the crew yesterday do differently.

I don't take for granted being able to get workers on a job in this territory who show up on time ready to work, so thank them for us, and let them know they did right by themselves and by your company yesterday. Many thanks to all of you for taking the pinch out of a stressful day.
